Uploading your requirements & documents
A simple guide to submitting your home loan paperwork inside your Nook account. You upload your documents once — then your dedicated Nook consultant prepares everything and handles the bank from there, completely free.
Once you've pre-qualified and created your Nook account, the next step is uploading the requirements your loan needs. This is the only paperwork you ever handle directly — after your documents are in, your dedicated Nook loan consultant fills in the bank's application, prepares the submission and chases the lender for you. You don't fill in bank forms or visit a branch, and because banks pay Nook a commission once your loan is released, it stays 100% free to you.
How to upload your documents
- Log in to your account at flow.nook.com.ph using the email and password you signed up with.
- Open your loan application and go to the Requirements (or Documents) section. Nook lists exactly which documents are needed for your loan, so there's no guessing.
- Tap Upload beside a requirement, then choose the file from your phone or computer — or take a clear photo of the document.
- Wait for the file to finish uploading and confirm it appears under that requirement. Repeat for each item on your list.
- That's it — your consultant is notified automatically and reviews each file. If anything needs to be re-taken or replaced, they'll message you directly.
Tips for a smooth upload
- Make sure every page is fully visible, in focus and well-lit — no glare, blur or cut-off corners.
- Accepted file types are typically PDF, JPG and PNG. If you have a multi-page document, a single PDF is cleanest.
- Upload over a stable Wi-Fi or mobile connection so large files don't time out.
- Use the latest figures — recent payslips, current IDs and the most up-to-date statements help the bank assess you faster.
- You can upload at your own pace; your progress is saved, so you don't have to do everything in one sitting.
Common requirements you may be asked for
The exact list depends on your bank and whether you're employed, self-employed or an OFW, but Nook will show your personalised checklist inside your account. Typical items include:
- One or two valid government-issued IDs.
- Proof of income — payslips and a Certificate of Employment if employed; business and financial documents if self-employed.
- Recent bank statements.
- Property documents for the home you're buying or refinancing.
What happens after you upload
Once your documents are in, you're effectively done with the paperwork. Your Nook consultant compiles your file, completes the bank's application on your behalf and submits it to the best-fit lender from Nook's 20+ banking partners. You'll get progress updates by text and email at every step, and you can chat to your consultant any time you have a question — support is available every day from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
You upload once. Nook does the rest.
Nook is a full-service mortgage broker, not a self-serve form. After your documents are in, a dedicated consultant runs your entire application end to end — at no cost to you.
