You don't have to be a loan officer. If you know a friend, family member or colleague who needs a home loan, you can refer them and earn.

How to submit a home loan referral.
Five quick steps from logging in to setting up your payout. The whole thing takes a few minutes.
Log in to your portal
Go to your Nook user portal and enter your username and password to sign in.
Open Home Loan Referrals
In the Home Loan Referrals section of your portal you'll see every referral you've already submitted. Click the Add Referral button to start a new one.
Fill out the referral form
Enter your referral's name, email address and best contact number. You can also add a short message or any detail that helps Nook get in touch with them.
Submit and confirm
A confirmation message appears once your referral is submitted. You can click View Details to check it again any time — and your referral gets an SMS and email confirming Nook has received it.
Set up your payout
So your incentive can be processed automatically, get in touch with a Nook Account Manager with your payout details (for example, bank account, GCash or Maya).
Finding the referrals menu on mobile
Using your phone? There are two ways to reach your user portal menu and get to the Home Loan Referrals section:
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen to open the options.
- Or, on the left under the "Welcome [username]!" message, tap the three dots (⋮) to open the menu.
From there, choose Home Loan Referrals, then Add Referral, and complete the form exactly as you would on desktop.
What happens after you submit
Once your referral is in the system, Nook reaches out to the person you introduced and begins the full-service process for them — matching them to a best-fit lender from 20+ banks and running the application end to end. You don't fill in any bank forms yourself; Nook does the legwork. When that referral becomes a successful, released home loan, your incentive is processed using the payout details you've shared with your Account Manager.
Tips for a smooth referral
- Use the contact number your referral actually answers — Nook's consultants reach out by call, SMS or chat.
- Add a short note about what they're looking for (new purchase, refinance, OFW buyer) so the right consultant picks it up.
- Let your referral know to expect a message from Nook, so they don't miss it.
