I/We agree that all statements and information gathered about me/us will be used to determine my/our eligibility for this loan.

Consequences of false statements

I/We also understand that any false statement or concealment of information which may be discovered after the loan has been granted shall be sufficient basis for Welcome Bank (Rural Bank), Inc. to consider the loan due and demandable immediately.
