I/We hereby certify that all information contained in this application is correct and complete. I/We hereby authorize RIGHTCHOICE FINANCE CORP. (RCF), its directors, officers, employees, and duly authorized representatives to collect, record, store, update, use, access, process and enter in the processing system my presented personal data and to share, transfer or disclose the same personal data to RCF and third parties such as but not limited to outsourced service providers, life insurance providers, external auditors, and local and foreign regulatory authorities for the purpose of acquiring insurance coverage, marketing or promotional information campaigns, the Credit Information System Act, all other regulatory laws, and all other activities consistent with the provisions of the Data Privacy Act and subject to appropriate security safeguards.

For this purpose, I/We hereby waive the rights defined under applicable confidentiality and data privacy laws in the Philippines.

What this consent covers

When you choose Right Choice Finance Corp. as part of your home loan journey, the consent above lets RCF and its authorised representatives handle the personal information you provide so they can assess, process and manage your application. This includes sharing relevant details with the third parties listed above — for example, life insurance providers who arrange the cover that protects your loan, and the regulatory bodies RCF is required to report to under Philippine law.

Nook's role

Nook is a full-service mortgage broker, not a self-serve platform. A dedicated Nook loan consultant prepares and submits your application for you and coordinates the back-and-forth with the lender, so you never have to fill in bank forms or visit a branch yourself. Because banks and finance partners pay Nook a commission once your loan is released, Nook's service is 100% free to you — this consent relates to how Right Choice Finance Corp. handles your data once your application reaches them, not to any fee.

Your information, kept secure

The data you provide is processed under the safeguards required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). It is used to evaluate and progress your application and to meet the legal and regulatory obligations that apply to a Philippine finance company.
