The Data Privacy and Processing Consent that applies when you apply for a home loan with Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) through Nook. Authority to obtain and verify information
I/We hereby authorise RCBC to obtain and verify such information as RCBC may require concerning the statements made and documentation provided in this loan application, and the sources from which RCBC may apply for such information are hereby authorised to provide RCBC the same.
Authority to disclose and process information
I/We hereby authorise RCBC or its duly authorised personnel to disclose my/our information to any office, branch, subsidiary, affiliate, agent and representative of RCBC and to third parties selected by any of them, wherever situated, and to use it in connection with the provision of any service or product relating to my/our account(s) — including data profiling, processing, monitoring, reviewing, reporting, storing, and statistical and risk-analysis purposes.
Disclosure to government authorities
I/We hereby agree that all my/our personal data may be processed and disclosed to any government authority (foreign and/or domestic) in compliance with any rule, ordinance, order, decree, directive, requirement, statute, law, constitution, regulation or other government restriction — or any similar form of decision or determination of any of the foregoing — by any national, regional or local government or political subdivision, commission, authority, tribunal, agency or entity of the Republic of the Philippines or of a foreign country, as may be applicable.
Waiver of confidentiality for credit eligibility
I/We hereby agree to waive, to the extent allowed by law, the confidentiality of my/our personal information regarding my/our bank accounts, deposits and other credit information, in order to ascertain my/our eligibility to avail of credit.
