Located at the bottom portion of the email, simply click the Unsubscribe link. It appears in the footer of every email Nook sends.
Tell us why & share feedback
Choose your reason for unsubscribing from our email services, then click the Share Feedback button. Your feedback helps us send fewer, more relevant updates.
Confirm it's done
You'll then get a confirmation from our system letting you know you've been removed from Nook's email list. That's it — no further action needed.
What happens after you unsubscribe
Once you confirm, you'll stop receiving Nook's marketing emails — things like home-loan tips, rate updates and promotions. If you currently have a live application with Nook, you'll still receive the important transactional alerts about your loan (status changes, document requests and approval updates), because those keep your application moving and aren't part of the marketing list.
