How to schedule your consultation call
Booking a call takes a couple of minutes. Follow these steps to lock in a time with a Nook home loan expert.
Go to the Nook website
Open the Nook homepage and, from the menu, choose Home Loans, then head to the Book a Consultation Call page. That's where you'll find Nook's live consultation-call calendar.
Open the consultation-call calendar
From the top of the page, click the Book a call with an expert button — or scroll down a little to reach Nook's home loan consultation-call calendar, where all available dates and times are shown.
Select a date and time
Pick a convenient date and time for your call and click Confirm to proceed. Choose any slot during Nook's hours — the team is available 9:00am to 9:00pm, every day of the week.
Enter your contact details
Fill in the details we'll use to reach you, then click Schedule Event to confirm and save. The fields are explained below so you know exactly what to put in each one.
Check your confirmation
Once confirmed, you'll get an email and SMS confirming your scheduled call. You'll also receive reminder alerts by email and text before your Nook home loan consultant calls at the agreed time, so you never miss your free consultation.
What details you'll be asked for
When you confirm your slot, you'll enter a few contact details so your consultant can reach you and come prepared. Here's what each field means.
- Full name. Your complete name so we know who we're speaking with.
- Email. An active email address where the call details are sent. This is also where you can cancel or reschedule your consultation call if your plans change.
- Mobile phone. Your active contact number — this is where our consultants will give you a call at your scheduled time.
- Preferred communication method. Overseas clients should choose an internet-based chat or VoIP app — for example Viber, WhatsApp or Telegram. For clients in the Philippines, a regular phone call is usually the best option.
- Note. Add any important details here so your consultant can prepare accurate answers to your home loan questions in advance — this speeds up your call and gets you to your application faster.
- Send text messages to. The same active contact number, used for reminders about your upcoming scheduled consultation call.
When everything's filled in, click Schedule Event to confirm and save your details.
