Saving pre-qualification results
Want to think it over before you continue? You can save your Nook pre-qualification results to your account and come back to them any time — here's exactly how.
After you pre-qualify, Nook shows you which of 20+ partner banks are the best fit for your home loan. You don't have to act on those results right away. You can save your pre-qualification results to a free Nook account, take time to think it over, then come back and re-submit when you're ready to continue.
One thing to note: you need to register or create a Nook account to save your results, since your results are stored against your account. You can create the account first and then pre-qualify, or pre-qualify first and create your account at the point of saving — both work.
How to save your results, step by step
Open your bank results
On the pre-qualification bank results page, scroll down. You'll find a Save Results button beneath the Edit Information button, and again inside the large blue section further down. As you scroll, the page will also prompt you to Save Your Results.
Click Save Results
Click either Save Results button. You'll be prompted to Register / Create an account — it's free — to continue saving your results to your profile. Click Confirm to proceed.
Create your free account
Provide all the information needed to create your account. If you already have an account, simply sign in instead so your results attach to your existing profile.
Your results are saved
Once your account is created, your pre-qualification result is saved automatically. You'll be redirected to the pre-qualification section of your account, where all your saved results are kept.
Viewing your saved results later
To open and review a saved result, go to the pre-qualification section of your Nook account and click View Details >> on the result you want. This opens your pre-qualification result so you can pick up exactly where you left off — re-submit when you're ready, or chat to a consultant if you'd like a hand deciding.
What happens after you save
Saving your results doesn't lock you into anything, and it's 100% free. When you decide to move forward, a dedicated Nook loan consultant takes over and runs the entire application for you — preparing and lodging the bank forms, gathering your documents, and chasing the follow-ups. You never fill in bank applications or visit a branch yourself.
