Terms and Complete Mechanics

DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-133931 Series of 2021

From January 1 to December 29, 2022, all clients of Nook who get their home loan approved and released by a banking partner will receive 0.2% Cashback for all successful eligible transactions.

1. This offer is open to all Nook Clients who have successfully gotten their home loan approved and released by a banking partner (“Eligible Clients”).

2. Only successful and released home loans made using Nook’s services will be qualified for the Cashback Promo (“Eligible Transactions”).

3. Some transactions are excluded from this Promo and will not earn Cashback. Examples of such transactions are:

a. Approved home loan by a banking partner not processed through Nook. For the full list of excluded transactions, please refer to the full promo Terms & Conditions.

4. Each successful Eligible Transaction will entitle the Eligible Clients to receive a 0.2% Cashback at the end of the same month when their home loan is released.

However, in the event of account restriction, cashback review, or any other reason that may delay the cashback crediting, Nook reserves the right to extend the crediting time and will proceed with the crediting as soon as it is able to.

5. Each Eligible Client will be entitled only to a maximum 0.2% of their approved home loan.

Multiple home loan approvals for different properties for the same Client is allowed.

6. The Cashback amount will be credited to Eligible Client’s bank Pay account.

7. The Cashback amount will be rounded up to two decimal places.

8. No minimum home loan amount is required for Eligible Transactions.

9. The Client will be responsible for whatever tax implications or potential tax income liability may arise out of the ultimate treatment of the Cashback.

Nook does not make any representation as to the nature or potential tax implications of the Cashback amount.

10. Nook reserves the right to suspend or exclude the Client from this Promo, withdraw or refuse the crediting of the reward, or invalidate any Cashback already credited if:

a. the Client has breached this Promo’s Terms and Conditions based on Nook’s assessment ; or

b. Nook determines that the Client is facilitating transactions that are of fraudulent nature.

11. If Clients have questions or disputes regarding the eligibility for this Promo or eligibility of Cashback for crediting, Nook will resolve them at its discretion with the concurrence of DTI.

12. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement as published in the Nook Website apply to this Promo. In the event of a discrepancy between the Terms and Conditions of the App and this Promo’s Terms and Conditions , the terms set out herein shall prevail insofar as the Cashback Promo is concerned. Nook may discontinue the granting of Cashback if applicable regulation restricts the continued granting of such Cashback, or the Client does not comply with Nook Terms and Conditions published in the Nook Website.
